These bidding sites are perfect to find other collectors because you can ask specific questions to members using the contact form that is found on each member's selling page. It doesn't take much to introduce yourself and let them know why you are contacting them.

Facebook and other social networking websites have a plethora of resources for those who may be interested in the same things, including stamp collecting. Joining facebook groups related to stamp collecting is a good idea to network with others.
